How can I find out how much was reserved from my account?

When you first tap your contactless payment card on the ticket validation machine (on the current day), an amount specified by the public transport ticket purchase rules will be reserved from your account.

These rules vary depending on the card type:

• For “Visa” cardholders: the reserved amount is €0
• For “Mastercard” cardholders: the reserved amount is €0.90
• For “Maestro” cardholders: the reserved amount is €0.90

At the end of the day, this reserved amount will be canceled, and the total amount corresponding to the tickets purchased will be deducted from your account. You can check how many tickets you have purchased by filling this form.
