Information about the paid fee is immediately entered into a database accessible to parking inspectors. Parking meters with contactless payment options can be found in the center of Vilnius and in the toll zones located on its outskirts.
How to pay for parking with coins?
After parking your car in a toll zone, immediately pay the local toll fee at the ticket machine. The toll is collected in euro coins: 10, 20, 50 cents, 1, 2 euros. To use the parking meter, follow these steps:
Activate the parking meter display by pressing any button
Enter the correct license plate number
Follow the instructions on the screen to make a payment for the desired period
If a ticket is required, it can be printed according to the instructions provided. It is not mandatory to leave the printed ticket in the car
There is no need to print out a paper ticket – simply enter your vehicle’s license plate number and the information about the toll paid will immediately be entered into a database accessible to parking inspectors.
