Education of public transport passengers

In order to improve public transport passenger culture and promote friendly behavior when traveling by bus and trolleybus, we are sharing educational videos!
These videos playfully convey relevant topics, such as why it is important not to be a “fare dodger,” how to pay for a ticket from the driver, why it is important to give up your seat on public transport, and why it is necessary to follow the rules, keep quiet, and not disturb others. The video clips are broadcast on public transport, on screens in Vilnius City Hall, in the company’s customer service centers, on social networks, in educational lessons for schoolchildren, and elsewhere.
We are talking about small and large amounts of money used to pay for public transport tickets. In order to save time and ensure that public transport runs on schedule, we ask customers to purchase single tickets with €0.50, €1, €2 coins or €5 banknotes.

Don’t forget to validate your ticket before boarding public transport or do so as soon as you board. The inspection time starts before the bus or trolleybus enters the stop, so if you don’t validate your ticket in time, it will be invalid.
If necessary, you can take your bikes on city buses – safely and cleanly!
