The institution exercising the rights and obligations of the owner of the company is the director of the municipal administration. The board of SĮ Susisiekimo paslaugos is appointed for a four-year term. The current term of the board began on March 21, 2024.
The Board consists of 5 members:
3 independent board members;
1 representative of the Vilnius City Municipality Administration;
1 representative of the employees of SĮ Susisiekimo paslaugos.
The Board organizes its activities in accordance with the approved rules of procedure of the Board, guided by the declaration of expectations of Vilnius City Municipality and the company’s articles of association. Board meetings are usually held at least once a month.

Modesta Gusarovienė

Previous experience:
Modesta Gusarovienė has 15 years of management experience at various levels of corporate activity. For six of those years, she served as the head of Susisiekimo Paslaugos, a Vilnius City Municipality company with nearly 200 employees. In pursuit of mobility transformation, she has implemented a number of strategic projects of significance to the city of Vilnius in the areas of public transport, sustainable mobility, environmental pollution reduction, public transport, traffic management, parking, business strategy management, and the application of corporate governance principles. Modesta Gusarovienė was also the manager of projects financed by EU funds.
Marius Lazauskas

Previous experience:
Marius Lazauskas worked as a senior lawyer at UAB Vilniaus vandenys from 2013 to 2015 and as head of the Legal Department at UAB Vilniaus vandenys from 2015 to 2016. In May 2016, he began working as a lawyer and data protection officer at SĮ Susisiekimo paslaugos. In 2019–2020, he additionally performed the functions of a public procurement specialist for the company. From 2021 to 2023, he was a member of the project team responsible for the implementation of the Smart Integrated Payment Platform (e-ticket system), where he was responsible for resolving legal issues and managing legal risks. Marius Lazauskas currently works as a lawyer at SĮ Susisiekimo paslaugos and is a member of the company’s public procurement commission. His work involves the preparation and coordination of company contracts company and regulatory legislation, resolving legal issues arising during public procurement, representing the company’s interests in institutions and courts, resolving legal issues related to asset management and sale, and other legal issues arising in the practical activities of the company. In addition, since 2018, he has been elected for a third consecutive term as a member of the company’s works council and as chairman of the works council.
