Permit "Concession" for persons with disabilities
The Lengvata permit entitles the holder to park their car free of charge in parking spaces subject to Vilnius city tolls and in car parks administered by JUDU without barriers. Persons with disabilities who have been issued a parking card for persons with disabilities are entitled to obtain this permit.

Persons with disabilities who have been issued a parking card for persons with disabilities are entitled to obtain this permit.
Free parking
The Lengvata permit entitles the holder to park the vehicle specified in the permit free of charge in parking spaces subject to local tolls and in JUDU-administered parking lots without barriers.
Permit “Concession” for persons with disabilities in the JUDU self-service system
Obtain a permit
You can obtain the “Concession” permit in the JUDU self-service permits section.
Enter the vehicle’s registration number and click on “Perform action.” Click on “New permit,” select the “Discount” permit, and confirm your identity via the Electronic Government Gateway.

Validity of the permit
Valid for 1 year or until the expiry date of the disabled parking card, whichever is shorter.
Check the information about the permit
You can view information about the issued “Concession” permit by logging into your account on the JUDU self-service portal.
Change the vehicle assigned to the permit
The vehicles specified in the permit may be renewed or replaced once per hour.
