The app works using either mobile data or a WiFi connection.

On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot password?” → enter your email address → enter the reset code sent to your email → create a new password → tap “Change Password”.

In the app’s side menu, tap “Settings” → “Delete account” and follow the instructions.

After signing in to your account, select “Tickets” → “Buy ticket” → choose the type of ticket you want → pay for your selection using a payment card or online banking.

Select “Tickets” → tap the ticket you want to activate → tap “Activate” to confirm. Your ticket will be active within 15 seconds.

Activate your ticket as soon as you board – don’t wait.

Your ticket becomes valid upon activation and remains valid for the applicable period.

On the app’s main screen, tap “Tickets” to see all your unused and currently active tickets.

Each active ticket displays the time remaining until it expires.

Yes, the JUDU app lets you activate multiple tickets of any type at once, so several people can travel together using a single account.

You can also save your most visited places or addresses to make journey planning quicker and easier each time.

On the main screen, select a stop in the “Nearest stops” section to track real-time arrival times.

Yes, your ticket allows you to transfer between public transport vehicles during its validity period without activating a new ticket.

Select “Tickets” → tap your active ticket (shown in green) → present the QR code on the screen to the quality and inspection specialist.

When presenting a concession ticket to the quality and inspection specialist, passengers must also show a valid document confirming their entitlement to a transport concession. Passengers travelling without a valid concession document must purchase a full-price ticket.

Yes. In the app’s side menu, select “Ticket transfer” → enter the recipient’s email address → select the tickets you want to transfer → click the "Transfer" button.

You can get a refund for an unactivated or unused ticket purchased through the JUDU app within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of the purchase date by completing the refund request form.

•you have the latest version of the app installed
•the payment is showing as successful in your bank

Your ticket is linked to your JUDU account and the email address associated with it.

Yes, a ticket purchased in the JUDU app is also displayed in other Vilnius public transport ticketing platforms (m.Ticket, Trafi).

Please note that once a ticket has been activated, it will only be visible in the platform where it was activated.

Yes, this option is available during the transition period.

After signing in, you will be prompted to transfer your active and unused tickets from other apps to JUDU. You can also do this later at your convenience.

When transferring your tickets, you will need to verify the phone number associated with your other app account by entering the SMS verification code you will receive.

In the app’s side menu, tap “Order history” → “Tickets”.

You can pay for public transport tickets using a payment card or online banking.

In the menu bar on the left side of the app, click on "Order history" → select the "Tickets" tab to see information about your completed orders.

Click on the desired order and you will be directed to the corresponding invoice for viewing and/or downloading.

When using the app, we recommend allowing location access so the nearest parking zone / lot is automatically shown on the map.

Please also make sure that the detected location matches your actual location and that you have selected the correct parking zone / lot.

You can also select a parking zone / lot using the map or the list, which you can access by tapping on the automatically detected parking location.

Once you have selected your parking zone, tap “Start service”. On the screen that opens, make sure the details are correct and swipe to confirm. An on-screen message will notify you that the activation was successful.

However, it's important to note that if you want to initiate a parking payment using the mobile operator billing method, the first time you add this payment method, in order to identify the operator and your phone number, you need to do the following:

•turn off WiFi and/or VPN

•turn on mobile data

This step only needs to be done once - afterwards, the type of connection you choose will not affect how the JUDU app works.

When a parking session is active, the details are shown on the main “Car parking” screen.

On the active parking screen, tap “Stop service”, then swipe to confirm.

The parking service must be started immediately after parking your vehicle.

When leaving a JUDU barrier-controlled parking lot, stop the service in the app. The exact parking charge will be shown in the app, based on your actual parking time.

If you stop the service without leaving the barrier-controlled parking lot, you must either restart the service or leave it.

Once you have added your vehicle registration number to the JUDU app and entered a JUDU open parking lot, the active parking service is shown automatically in the app.

When leaving, stop the service in the app. The exact parking charge will be shown in the app, based on your actual parking time.

If you stop the service but do not leave the parking lot within the allotted time, parking is automatically restarted, and payment for the extended time must be made at the parking meter.

The parking service must be started immediately after parking your vehicle.

When leaving your parking space, stop the service in the app. The exact parking charge will be shown in the app, based on your actual parking time.

If you stop the service without leaving the paid parking space, you must either restart the service or leave the space.

On the main “Car parking” screen, tap “Add license plate”.

Please note that this option will no longer be shown if you have already done this. In this case, your previously added license plate will be shown instead.

From there, you can add a new vehicle or manage your saved vehicles.

Yes, if needed, you can enable automatic parking stop when starting the service – after 1 or 2 hours, at the end of the day, or at a custom time.

Yes, if needed, you can enable hourly reminders for your active parking session when starting the service.

You will be reminded about your active parking session via push notifications. This feature is free of charge.

In the app’s side menu, tap “Order history” → “Parking”.

When ordering the service, a reservation principle is applied: initially, an amount corresponding to a 2-hour parking fee is reserved. If the parking lasts longer, the reservation is renewed.

Once parking ends, the actual amount for the time parked is charged. If any part of the reserved amount is unused, it is automatically refunded.

You can pay for parking using your mobile operator or a payment card.

In the menu bar on the left side of the app, click on "Order history" → select the "Parking" tab to see information about your completed orders.

Click on the desired order and you will be directed to the corresponding invoice for viewing and/or downloading.

Invoices are not issued for on-street parking.

The SIM card that has mobile data enabled will be used to carry out the payment process. When ordering the service, the SIM card's phone number will be displayed in the payment method option.

In the app’s side menu, tap “Payment cards” → tap “Add payment card” → you will be directed to the payment partner’s screen, where you can add your card using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or by entering your card number, cardholder name, expiry date and CVC (the 3-digit security code on the back of your card).

•you have enabled secure online payments in your online banking portal
•you have entered the correct card details
•your payment card is not blocked
